Leasing has launched for 100 House, a residential development at 100 Hoboken Avenue in Jersey City. Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and developed by BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Company, and McKinney Properties, the six-story building offers a collection of 137 rental units and an assortment of amenities.
The residential component comprises a mix of studios, and one- and two-bedroom homes with monthly rents starting around $2,000.
Private amenity spaces include a communal lounge and screening room, a bowling alley, a sports simulator, a dog spa and a modern-day fitness center with virtual exercise programs. Residents working from home will also have access to co-working spaces with private offices.
Outdoor amenities include an open-air terrace on the second floor with barbecue area, an outdoor bar, games, and seating throughout.
The property is located near the border with Hoboken, an area not commonly known for residential developments. BNE Real Estate Group, is looking to shift that perception and has already completed The Enclave at 675 Monmouth Street, a sister building to 100 House.
“For years, people were hyper-focused on Jersey City’s waterfront and other long-established neighborhoods, but the transformative changes made to this section of the city in a relatively short period of time have provided an entirely new option that has resonated with residents,” said BNE Real Estate Group partner Jonathan Schwartz. “You now have a location with key neighborhood conveniences and services, desirable open space, and unique proximity to both downtown Jersey City and Hoboken and all the culture, dining, nightlife, and recreation they have to offer.”
Tenants at 100 House will also have access to shared amenities at The Enclave including a rooftop heated pool, private poolside cabanas, fireside seating, and more.
