Permits have been filed for a three-story mixed-use building at 20-22 College Point Boulevard in Flushing, Queens. Located between 20th Avenue and 21st Avenue in College Point, the interior lot is closest to the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Jinjie Wu under the AJ88 Development LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 30-foot-tall development will yield 11,219 square feet, with 3,040 square feet allocated for commercial space, 2,198 square feet designated for residential space, and 2,671 square feet for community facility space. The building will have three residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 732 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard, but no accessory parking.
Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architects Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in August of this year for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
