This includes 88 independent living apartments, 36 assisted living residences, and 22 suites for seniors afflicted with mild to severe memory loss. Residents 62 and over who choose independent living will have access to an on-site care program designed to give residents an active, fulfilling life. All-inclusive monthly fees for independent living start at $6,900.

Assisted living residents at Waterstone on High Ridge will be provided daily meals, scheduled activities and specialty programming, medication management, coordination with ancillary healthcare providers, and customized wellness plans. Monthly rates for assisted living apartments start at $7,900 on the low end.

Those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, will be provided on-site memory care service administered by trained healthcare professionals. Memory care residents will have dedicated living spaces including an activity room, a dining room, a living room, a library, and access to an enclosed outdoor area. Based on apartment selection, all-inclusive monthly rates for memory care start at $9,300.

“Now more than ever people are looking to downsize but remain close to their home communities,” said Joanna Cormac Burt, COO of Epoch Senior Living. “Waterstone on High Ridge offers the perfect location for many senior residents in Fairfield County looking for a luxurious setting with supportive services and a multitude of social opportunities.”

Those social opportunities translate into an impressive offering of amenities including an indoor heated pool, a full-service salon, a fitness center, a restaurant, a movie theatre, a dedicated concierge, and walking trails. Residents and visitors will also have access to on-site parking areas.

Open houses to preview the development began in November.
