Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 2528 Grand Avenue in Fordham Manor, The Bronx. Located between West 190th Street and West 192nd Street, the lot is two blocks from the Fordham Road subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Long Guang Lin under the KBH Realty NYC LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 42,783 square feet, with 37,520 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 59 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 635 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and six enclosed parking spaces.
Angelo Ng & Anthony NG Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in August 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
