Located at the intersection of Newport Street and Thatford Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks south of the Rockaway Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 train. Non-profit developer The Bridge is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 213,912 square feet, with 141,455 square feet designated for residential space, 38,700 square feet for manufacturing space, and 2,465 square feet for community facility space.
