Located at the intersection of Newport Street and Thatford Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks south of the Rockaway Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 train. Non-profit developer The Bridge is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 213,912 square feet, with 141,455 square feet designated for residential space, 38,700 square feet for manufacturing space, and 2,465 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 174 residences, with an average unit scope of 812 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
