Renderings form Issac & Stern Architects reveal a new six-story condominium building at 324 East 93rd Street in Yorkville, Manhattan. The project sits mid-block between First and Second Avenues and is closest to the 96th Street-2nd Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and Q train trains.

Developed in collaboration by Immobiliare Capital and Nexus Building Development Group, the building will comprise approximately 13,500 square feet with six full-floor residences. The cellar level and first-floor unit will have access to a rear garden.

Preliminary renderings illustrate a contemporary take on industrial style, with black aluminum made to resemble steel beams framing floor-to-ceiling warehouse-like windows. Interiors feature light earth tones, marble-clad bathrooms and kitchen counter tops, hardwood flooring, and modern fixtures. Amenity spaces will include general storage area, a bike room, and an outdoor roof level terrace.
