Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 14-41 Broadway in Astoria, Queens. Located between 14th Street and 21st Street, the interior lot is five blocks west of the Broadway subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Steven Rigogiannis of Plaza North 1031 is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 79-foot-tall development will yield 24,206 square feet, with 22,923 square feet designated for residential space and 1,283 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 30 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 764 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 49-foot-long rear yard and 12 enclosed parking spaces.

Cherico King Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
