Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 2001 Creston Avenue in Tremont, The Bronx. Located at the intersection of East 179th Street and Creston Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks from the Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Atlantis Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 63-foot-tall development will yield 33,716 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 49 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 688 square feet. The masonry-based structure will have no accessory parking.
Leder-Luis Architectural Design is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
