Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1548 Jesup Avenue in Mount Eden, The Bronx. Located between Featherbed Lane and West 170th Street, the lot is two blocks west of the Mount Eden Avenue subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Yehuda Zelik, managing agent of The Management Crew is listed as the owner behind the applications.
