Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 826 East 169th Street in Longwood, The Bronx. Located between Union Avenue and Prospect Avenue, the lot is near the Freeman Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Shaya Seidenfeld of MZS Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.
