Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 826 East 169th Street in Longwood, The Bronx. Located between Union Avenue and Prospect Avenue, the lot is near the Freeman Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Shaya Seidenfeld of MZS Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 13,010 square feet, with 11,905 square feet designated for residential space and 1,105 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 18 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 661 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse but no accessory parking.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
