Renderings from Node Architecture reveal a new four-story residential building in the Crotona Park East neighborhood of the South Bronx. The property is located at 1492 Bryant Avenue and is one of several local projects from developer Eduard Haxhari.
Construction permits filed with the Department of Buildings specify a 40-foot-tall structure comprising 6,595 square feet. Residential area will account for 6,133 square feet with the remaining area attributed to a small rear yard.
The building will eventually contain 11 rental apartments and outdoor lounge areas at the back of the building. The plans do not specify the inclusion of any additional amenity spaces.

The exterior will be constructed of alternating black and red brick with standard, floor-to-ceiling windows at each level.
At this time, an official date of completion has not been confirmed.

In the renderings this 11-unit building has a total of 15 windows (not floor to ceiling as in the text here). It must be mostly studios. I’d say the people in the renderings are overdressed.
