Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 671 Hart Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Central Avenue and Hart Street, the corner lot is one block north of the Central Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. Louis Yeung under the 169 Central LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 51-foot-tall development will yield 39,284 square feet, with 19,644 square feet designated for residential space, 6,105 square feet of commercial space, and 372 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 29 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 677 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long side yard, and 15 enclosed parking spaces.

Fang Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed for the parking lot on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. It is shameful how they come here and build up our neighborhoods just to kick us out.It is also disgraceful how they make these so called apts the size of a shoebox but want so much damn money. I would never rent an apt or condo. I can afford a brownstone why give my money to a landlord.lol.

  2. Only a rich fool would rent or buy an apt / condo when they can own a house.
