Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 751 Crotona Park North in Crotona, The Bronx. Located between Clinton Avenue and Prospect Avenue, the interior lot is in walking distance of the 174th Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Calos Louis under the Crotona North LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 11,364 square feet, with 8,517 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 851 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 31-foot-long rear yard.
Ky Fu of Flushing Engineering Services is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed for the residential building on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
