The affordable housing lottery has launched for 103-43 120th Street, a six-story residential building in South Richmond Hill, Queens. The 8,580-square-foot development was designed by Lu Ning Architecture, and yields ten affordable housing units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $61,680 to $139,620.

Residential amenities include granite lobby, communal outdoor space, shared laundry room, elevator, video intercom system, and parking. Units will have gray oak wood floors and open-layout kitchens with granite countertops.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a $1,799 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $61,680 to $139,620.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 17, 2021.

    I would like to know If your housing development excepts city Phelps and 2010e voucher.
    I am currently living in the New York shelter system that would like to move out into a nice place that’s affordable
