The affordable housing lottery has launched for 348 Nostrand Avenue, a seven-story residential building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The development yields 32,407 square feet and is designed by Tarlan Design Build. Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $62,572 to $139,620.
Amenities include bike storage lockers, outdoor areas, a rooftop terrace, gated access, a recycling center, package lockers, and a garage with assigned parking spaces. Residences will have washers and dryers in unit, dishwashers, energy-efficient appliances, and air conditioning.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a $1,825 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $62,572 to $139,620.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 21, 2021.
