Deben de crear apartamentos para gente low invome se necesita

  3. Affordable housing is generally a joke. How is earning 130% of median area income grounds for saving money on an apartment? What about the people earning 50%? “Super” affordable housing?

    Gimme a break.

And if their argument is “capping it at 130% stops those earning 250% from renting there” then I say “why would someone earning 250% want to live in the Bronx?”

    Crickets.

  5. Can we stop labeling 130% AMI units as ‘affordable’ housing; we can call them rent stabilized and/or income regulated, but they are not affordable and/or subsidized housing.
