The affordable housing lottery has launched for the Parker West Apartments, a 21-story mixed-use building at 214 West 72nd Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Designed by Greenberg Farrow and and developed by CBSK Ironstate, a collaboration of SK Development, CB Developers, and Brooklyn Standard Properties, the structure yields 38,006 square feet and 19 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect is one unit for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $67,132 to $118,400.
Residents will have access to a video intercom, doorman, gym, outdoor children’s playground, and a common roof dock with grill. Units have open-plan kitchens with slab marble, warm woods, and pendant lighting. Tenant is responsible for electric, electric heat, gas hot water, and cooking gas.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there is one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,812 for incomes ranging from $67,132 to $118,400.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 24, 2021.
