At 110 percent of the AMI, there are six two-bedrooms with a $314,383 estimated sale price and a $2,491 monthly carrying fee for incomes ranging from $88,500 to $141,790. Residents will be located between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, and within walking distance of the B, C, and 1 subway trains.
Prospective buyers must have three percent of the purchase price for a down payment, as well as meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments.
Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 30, 2021.
