Leasing is now underway at Clarus Glen Ridge, a rental complex in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. From JMF Properties, the complex includes 110 apartments and a collection of indoor-outdoor amenity spaces.
Located at 277 Baldwin Street, the complex is closest to the Bay Street New Jersey Transit station with quick connections to New York City. The property also sits near the buzzing downtown center of Montclair, New Jersey.

Available apartments range from one- to two-bedroom spreads. Monthly rents range from $2,595 to more than $4,000 for the most premium units. According to the leasing team, 50 percent of available units are already leased.
Across the portfolio, residences include large kitchens with designer fixtures and appliances, energy-efficient LED lighting, temperature control systems, in-unit washer-dryers, and oversized windows with custom shades. Select apartments also include dens and private outdoor spaces.
The amenity offering includes a fitness center, a separate personal training studio with livestreamed and on-demand classes, communal lounge spaces with fireplaces, a business center, a screening room, and a billiards room. Outdoor amenities include a dog park and a courtyard with seating areas, dining space, a fire pit, and barbecue grills. On-site covered parking, car charging stations, storage lockers, and bicycle docks are also available.
Clarus Glen Ridge is the second property to debut under JMF’s Clarus brand of residential properties. The first, Clarus Maplewood, is located approximately seven miles south in New Jersey’s Maplewood neighborhood.
