Leasing is now underway at 945 Stuyvesant Avenue, a new mixed-used building at Centurion Union Center in Union, New Jersey. The four-story property comprises a mix of rental apartments, amenity spaces, ground-floor retail, and surface-level parking.
945 Stuyvesant Avenue is latest property to debut at Centurion Union Center, a four-building masterplanned community that will eventually create 236 new homes and 27,000 square feet of retail space. The community is the latest project from American Landmark Development, which has rebranded as LANDMARK.

Today, available floorplans include one- and two-bedroom spreads priced from $2,100 to $3,180. All homes come equipped with designer appliances and fixtures and hardwood flooring.
The building also contains 10,000 square feet of retail space at the ground floor.
“The pre-leasing activity we’ve experienced is a testament to how well Centurion Union Center has been received by the public,” said Manny A. Fernandez, founder of LANDMARK. “We’ve created a sense of community here that is only getting stronger, and we look forward to welcoming our newest residents while also continuing to bolster Union Center.”
Amenities include an outdoor roof deck with stainless steel grills, dining areas, lounge areas, and a bar with island seating and televisions. Indoor amenities a fitness center, a children’s playroom, a fireplace lounge, and concierge services.
