  2. This article is misinformation and the owner of this building should have all 421a tax breaks rescinded

This is affordable for the average salary of office workers in the area.

    • Any person who can afford to live in that community doesn’t need affordable housing, and certainly would not be the average office wage earner. The average office worker would be assed out of truly affordable housing. AGAIN. When we are all sleeping in cardboard apts outside of this bldg after a long hard day at an average work week, perhaps things will change for the average hard working wage earners who keep the people in that bldg paid.

  6. They call that affordable housing for a one bedroom for $3,022.00 are they kidding! 😳

  7. This isn’t affordable it’s just labeled for the ownership to get a tax breaks is this a shady and unorthodox dealing or what…?

This is unaffordable for the majority of people who desperately need safe and clean housing in NYC. This is another example of DeBlasio’s failed MIH scheme.

  9. Please tell me what is affordable housing? I would love to know. I am on a fixed income and I cannot pay those rents.

  10. Affordable a salary of $76thousand a year for a studio Insane DeBlasio you are a bunch of crooks. So Sad.😿 How one man ruined NYC. Vote him out!
