Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 75-02 21st Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens. Located between Beach 22nd Street and Grassmere Terrace, the 16,230-square-foot interior lot is closest to the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue subway station, serviced by the A train. Aharon Steinberg is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 20,172 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 26 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 775 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 52-foot-long rear yard, and 22 open parking spaces.

Queens-based Frank J. Quatela Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
