This week the InHouse Group, a New York City-based real estate marketing agency, launched sales at 66 Steuben Street in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Formerly marketed as Steuben & Park, the ground-up condominium property contains six one- and two-bedroom residences.
Available homes range from 647 to 954 square feet with pricing set between $779,000 and $1.2 million. Each home features open floor-through layouts, exposed red brick walls, decorative fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Juliet balconies. Two garden duplex units offer private backyards facing the rear of the building.
“66 Steuben was designed with features that today’s buyers crave—contemporary loft-like homes with pre-war elements, a great location and most importantly, outdoor space,” said Robert Earl, co-founder of The InHouse Group, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the condominium. “The building truly stands apart from the all glass-and-steel buildings that dominate the new development condo market.”
Prospective buyers are invited to visit the property’s three completed model condominiums for on-site tours.
