Permits have been filed for an 18-story mixed-use building with affordable housing at 89 Maspeth Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Olive Street and Bushwick Avenue, the lot is near the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Sarah Gilliland under the Maspeth Manager LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 135-foot-tall development will yield 457,444 square feet, with 294,297 square feet designated for residential space, 161,440 square feet for community facility space, and 1,707 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 311 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 946 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 43-foot-long side yard.

Magnusson Architecture and Planning is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
