Orlando Development this week revealed 62 Mason Street, a new boutique condominium property in Greenwich, Connecticut. Following meticulous restoration and remodeling, the property now comprises seven residences, each with private outdoor space, 11-foot ceiling spans, and oversized windows to maximize the flow of natural light. With each purchase, owners will also receive two dedicated parking spaces and private storage.

SCALE Lending Provides $68.5M Construction Loan to Complete 210 Clarkson Street in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn

SCALE Lending has provided K2 Real Estate Partners with a $68.5 million construction loan to complete a mixed-use residential building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. The project site is located at 210 Clarkson Avenue and will eventually support an eight-story property designed by Hill West Architects with 165 rental apartments and a ground-floor grocery store.

Housing Lottery Launches for 668 Bushwick Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 668 Bushwick Avenue, a six-story mixed-use building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Designed by Genaro Urueta and developed by Tsvi Lipsitz of Affordable Housing Real Estate Corp., the structure yields 52 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 15 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $71,658 to $167,570.

113 West 24th Street Nears Completion In Chelsea, Manhattan

Construction is nearing completion on 113 West 24th Street, a 39-story Marriott hotel located in the Midtown, Manhattan district of Chelsea. Designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects and developed by Lam Generation, the 420-foot-tall reinforced concrete tower was last reported to yield 360 guest rooms, each averaging around 380 square feet apiece. Flintlock Construction Services, LLC is the general contractor for the project, which is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.

Window Installation Progresses on 50 Trinity Place in Financial District, Manhattan

Exterior work is progressing on 50 Trinity Place, a 28-story Aloft Hotel in the Financial District. Designed by Peter Poon Architects and developed by FIT Investment Corporation, which purchased the property for $15 million in 2012, the 77,310-square-foot reinforced concrete tower will yield 173 guest rooms at the corner of Trinity Place and Rector Street, diagonally across from Trinity Church. Cauldwell Wingate is serving as the general contractor for the project.
