I guess they’re not fans of windowsills.
Horrendous. Why are we still building stuff like this? Who is the client that says ‘give me something ugly, with weird proportions and absurd details’?
Quoins in EIFS. How does this architect sleep at night?

isn’t affordable housing but income based housing for upper middle class and high income earners!
This isn’t affordable to poor people or people from the neighborhood, so stop calling it affordable housing.
What a joke!
Good riddance DeBlasio
Affordable housing means subsidized housing. So it has nothing to do with “poor people”. It just means there’s a public financing component and income bands. It would be completely idiotic if NYC had a housing policy that only allowed poor people to access brand new housing. Also, this is hardly housing for the “wealthy”. It’s middle class housing for a middle class neighborhood.
Because affordable doesn’t just mean middle class neither so to say that is kinda dumb af
