Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by SB Development, the structure yields 103 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 31 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $53,898 to $192,400.

Residential amenities include pet-friendly policies, common area Wi-Fi, concierge, green space, dog washing station, covered parking, shared laundry room, package lockers, gym, recycling center, bike storage lockers, party room, and a rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with name-brand appliances and finishes, dishwashers, charging outlets with USB ports, washers and dryers, and air conditioning.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are four studios with a monthly rent of $1,486 for incomes ranging from $53,898 to $76,400; eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,585 for incomes ranging from $57,669 to $85,920; six two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,888 for incomes ranging from $68,880 to $103,120; and one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,165 for incomes ranging from $79,235 to $118,400.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four studios with a monthly rent of $2,100 for incomes ranging from $72,000 to $124,150; three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,300 for incomes ranging from $78,858 to $139,620; four two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,900 for incomes ranging from $99,429 to $167,570; and one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,200 for incomes ranging from $109,715 to $192,400.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 24, 2022.
