Plank Road, a new residential property within Brooklyn’s Pacific Park redevelopment zone, is now more than 50 percent leased, according to developer The Brodsky Organization. Designed by Marvel Architects, the 27-story building is located at 663 Pacific Street in Prospect Heights and yields 312 rental apartments ranging from studios up to two-bedrooms. A total of 94 apartments are set aside as affordable housing. The lower levels of the building will also house a new public middle school.

“We’re pleased to see Plank Road reach this key milestone,” said Alexander Brodsky of The Brodsky Organization. “Prospective tenants are drawn to the full suite of amenities including a rooftop and pool, stunning new apartment interiors, and convenient location to everything Brooklyn has to offer.”

Residences at Plank Road feature open floor plans, hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, designer appliances, and clear views of the expanding Downtown Brooklyn Skyline. Current net effective pricing starts at $3,065 for studios, $3,425 for one-bedrooms, and $5,375 for two-bedrooms.

Amenity spaces include a communal roof deck with a pool, grilling stations, lounge areas, and tables for dining. Indoor amenities include a fitness center, on-site bike rentals and bike storage, a resident lounge, a children’s playroom, and laundry facilities.

Pacific Park will eventually comprise 17 high-rise buildings. Notable completed structures include Barclays Center, the world’s tallest modular building at 461 Dean Street, and condominium building 550 Vanderbilt Avenue among other residential, retail, and affordable housing properties. When complete, Pacific Park will account for more than 6,000 apartments, including 2,250 units of affordable housing, and approximately eight acres of publicly accessible open space.
