Located between East Gun Hill Road and the Woodlawn Cemetery, the lot is near the Gun Hill Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The building will have 88 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 680 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 26 enclosed parking spaces.
Genaro Urueta Inc. is listed as the architect of record.

This property is closer and I mean by a few steps, to the Williams Bridge Metro North station than the Gun Hill Station. The Gun Hill station is about a 7 minute walk compared to a 2 minute walk to Williams Bridge. Not much of a difference but there it is.
Hurray!
More Buildings!
More People!
More Density!
More Traffic on our streets, subways and busses, etc.,
While our fragile infrastructure
continues to crumble.
