Located between West 225th and West 228th Streets, the lot is near the Marble Hill-225th Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train. Jim Kwon is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 54-foot-tall development will yield 17,776 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 24 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 740 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 22-foot-long rear yard, and 16 open parking spaces.
Charles Diehl Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
