JS Squared has secured a $43 million construction loan to complete 38 new townhome properties in The Hamptons, Long Island. Located at 66 Nowedonah Avenue in the Water Mill hamlet, the community will debut as Watermill Crossing and is expected to open next spring.
Designed by McDonough & Conroy Architects, all of the townhomes will stand two stories tall and range from 2,500 to 2,800 square feet. Residences will vary from three- to four-bedroom layouts and up to four bathrooms. Each home will include a single-car garage, a full basement, a private rear yard with a bluestone patio, and exterior gas hook-ups.
Future residents will have access to a recreation center with a heated outdoor pool, a media room, a fitness center, a spa, and a lounge with a fireplace. Additional services include landscaping, electric vehicle charging stations, pool service, property maintainable, and snow removal.
JS Squared is a development venture led by World Wide Group president James Stanton and Suchman Group president Jeffrey Suchman, both privately-owned development companies.
Townhomes at Watermill Crossing are priced from $2.1 million to $2.9 million.
