Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 906 East New York Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Utica Avenue and Schenectady Avenue, the lot is within working distance of the Sutter Avenue-Rutland Road subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, and 4 trains. Abe Betesh of Abeco Organization is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 45,462 square feet, with 38,437 square feet of residential space and 7,024 square feet of community facility space. The building will have 48 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 800 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 31-foot-long rear yard, and 14 enclosed parking spaces.

RSLN Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
