Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 214-33 41st Avenue in Bayside, Queens. Located between 214th Place and Bell Boulevard, the lot is closest to the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Anthony Chiodi of ADC Builders and Developers is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 19,325 square feet, with 13,800 square feet designated for residential space and 5,524 square feet for ground-floor commercial space. The building will have 15 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 920 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and 23 enclosed parking spaces at the cellar level.
Gerald Caliendo Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
