Peak Capital Advisors has acquired a pair of rental properties at 251-253 North 8th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Havemeyer and Roebling Streets, the buildings were completed in the 1900s and comprise 16 rental apartments.
Rosewood Realty Group brokered the sale valued at $9 million or around $660 per square foot. Together, the buildings offer a combined 2,000 square feet of air rights.
As part of the transaction, the new owners intend to immediately update the apartments. The owners have not expressed an intention to rebuild or expand the property and capitalize on available air rights, although still a viable option.
Compass represented the seller, a family-owned entity.
