Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 152 Meserole Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of McGuinness Boulevard and Meserole Avenue, the lot is within walking distance of the Nassau Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. INOA Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the three-story mixed-use building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
