  1. This area is great, I would love to live in this neighborhood, but again it’s only for high income earners, and only 1 studio, for 1 low income, well good luck for the lucky lowincome applicate

  2. Well at least the dogs can live in a good neighborhood

    • So, side topic. Why do people usually ask for the author to send an application for one of these places? I don’t see it in the comments this time but generally without fail there are at least two or three. Just curious.

      • yeah, i have seen it as well, why, i just dont get it

      • I’ll tell you why…. People are dumb! It always says in the text—apply to New York Housing Connects—but they don’t understand….

      • If you notice how many of them are composed, I think we are dealing with a sense deficit.

      • You don’t see anyone asking for applications because they can’t afford these ridiculous rents !
        STOP CALLING THIS AFFORDABLE HOUSING!

        • Really, guesser—if you’ve never seen anyone post their home address, phone number, etc. on this site, begging for an application from YIMBY (!), then you’re exercising your selective memory.
