Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 67-17 Roosevelt Avenue in Woodside, Queens. Located between 39th Avenue and 69th Street, the interior lot is a short walk to the 69 Street-Fisk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Joseph Yahudaii of Neda Development Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 8,775 square feet, with 6,757 square feet designated for residential space, 1,622 square feet for commercial space, and 396 square feet for community facility space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Ling Li of Li Architect Associate is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in November 2022 for the two-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
