Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1484 Brooklyn Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Foster Avenue and Farragut Road, the lot is near the Newkirk Avenue-Little Haiti subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Yoel Horowitz is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 5,604 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 622 square feet. The new structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Baobab Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
