Designed by Matt Markowitz Architect and developed by Mahmoud Saab, the structure yields 50 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $82,012 to $187,330.

Residences come with balconies, air conditioning, hardwood floors, dishwashers, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Amenities include a recreational room, spa, party room, gym with yoga/dance studio, storage, shared laundry, bike storage lockers, and a virtual doorman. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,280 for incomes ranging from $82,012 to $156,130, and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,750 for incomes ranging from $99,120 to $187,330.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 17, 2023.

You can’t expect to be living in these places when you’re LOW INCOME !! There are people that are working 50-60 hrs a week and earn such income and deserve to live there. Go and apply for CITY HOUSING.
