  1. The scourge continues.

  2. Hurray!
    More Buildings!
    More People!
    More Density!
More Traffic on our streets, subways and busses, etc.,
    While our fragile infrastructure
    continues to crumble.

This is the Evil of Rezoning:
    One less Family Home.
The is No Planning for our true needs.
    Who profits?
    Ruthless Real Estate Opportunists.
    Who loses?
    We The Community.

Shame on all the Talentless Architects
    for knocking out
    Another Hideous Building.
    Is this your Best Work?
    Do you have any
    Concept of Style and Design?

    • oh my god shut up with your dumb poem now thirteen families can live here instead of two

    • So what are demanding? Better design or no new high density development. You’re sending mixed signals.

Small homes will continue to be replaced with apartment houses just like they have for a hundred years in the Bronx. You should focus your energies towards advocating for excellent design instead of lamenting old single family homes – most of which are in terrible condition inside and out with little hope of improvements being economical considering the land values and the need for new housing in this city.

      • These Bronx neighborhoods are already very dense, I think it’s sad to ruin these neighborhoods’s characters by tearing down every last low rise structure to make way for Badaly boxes.

And it looks like a three family building, not a single family house.

  3. Two more historic NY homes will be destroyed for an ugly Badaly box!

  4. Excellent Comments from
    Lowell
