Sales launched earlier this month for the anticipated Tribeca Green, developed by Related Companies and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The 24-story tower brings 273 residences to 210 Warren Street in Manhattan’s Battery Park City neighborhood, many with floor-to-ceiling corner windows overlooking Teardrop Park and the Hudson River.

Residences range from studios to four-bedroom homes, and feature seven-inch-wide plank white oak flooring, Miele kitchen appliances, smart thermostats, Malta marble finishes, white oak cabinetry with antique bronze hardware, and polished chrome plumbing fixtures. Primary bathrooms are finished in white honed marble floors with custom trim in Grigio Nicola honed marble, custom vanities designed by Italkraft in a stained oak, Cantrio under-mount bathtubs, and Lefroy Brooks polished chrome fixtures.

“It was a great honor to revisit and re-envision Tribeca Green, one of our first projects in New York City,” said Michael Jones, partner at Robert A.M. Stern Architects. “The building will retain its timeless brick and metal cornice facade, recalling the architectural history of the neighborhood, while we redesigned all interiors and amenity spaces to reflect how New Yorkers’ lifestyles have changed over the years.”

A comprehensive amenity suite is spread across two floors which includes a 17th floor roof deck by Hollander Design with Hudson River Views, grilling station, lounge, and covered dining areas; a fitness center and yoga studio; private dining room and billiard’s lounge; children’s playroom; teen lounge with kitchen; a STEAM-focused maker space for children; a co-working business center; parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations; bike storage; dog wash; and more. With views of Teardrop Park, the 24-hour attended lobby at Tribeca Green is outfitted with a custom-designed concierge desk in antique bronze, Fior Di Bosco and Cristallo marble flooring, and sculptural light fixtures.

    The building is retaining some or most of what it has been over all these years, but what about the affordable tenants? Does this 80/20 building “retain” them? Or do they get the boot?!?
