Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 343 Menahan Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Wyckoff Avenue and Irving Avenue, the interior lot is near the Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenues subway station, serviced by the L and M trains. The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 9,312 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,164 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 37-foot-long rear yard.
ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
