Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 101-7 91st Street in Ozone Park, Queens. Located between Rockaway Boulevard and 101st Avenue, the lot is near the 104th Street subway station, serviced by the A train. Solomon Davydov of HIIC Builders is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 47-foot-tall development will yield 9,988 square feet, with 8,661 square feet designated for residential space and 1,326 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely rental based on the average unit scope of 721 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, a 40-foot-long side yard, and six open parking spaces.
