Designed by Sion Consulting Engineering and developed by Sarbjit Singh of SGNR Properties, the structure yields ten residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $68,572 to $227,630.

Recreational amenities include a rooftop terrace and storage. Units come with air conditioning, hardwood floors, and name-brand appliances. Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas stove, hot water, and gas heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,000 for incomes ranging from $68,572 to $165,230, and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,500 for incomes ranging from $85,715 to $198,250.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 1, 2024.

  1. These are condos. This is luxury public housing.

  2. Weird setbacks. Dreary charcoal brick du jour. Juliette balconies. This build has it all!

  3. Why would they do brick railings on recessed balconies?! These apartments will be very dark inside. They should have done glass or steel railings to let more light deeper into the units.
