Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 3308 Glenwood Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between East 34th Street and New York Avenue, the lot is near the Flatbush Avenue-Brooklyn College subway station, serviced by the 2 train. Herman Kaufman of Kay Builders Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 63-foot-tall development will yield 25,671 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 38 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 35-foot-long rear yard, and 19 enclosed parking spaces.
Amr Ouda of Jay Architect & Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
