A rendering has been revealed for 138-45 Jamaica Avenue, a seven-story residential building in in Jamaica, Queens. Developed by ZD Jasper Realty, the structure will yield 81 apartments, retail space, and a parking garage. Thirty percent of the apartments will be designated as affordable housing.
The main rendering depicts a modern façade with asymmetrical floor-to-ceiling windows, light gray cladding, glass-enclosed balconies, and a bright retail volume on the ground floor.
BHI, the U.S.-based affiliate of Bank Hapoalim, provided a $29.25 million construction loan to facilitate completion of the project.
ZD Jasper Realty has not yet announced the mix of apartment floor plans, nor when the building is expected to debut.
