New renderings have been revealed for the rapidly progressing 112 Cooper Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Named Eleven2 Cooper, the 55-foot-tall development is sponsored by Hive Developers, a partnership of Tal Bloch, Aaron Yassin, Andrew Mokotoff, and Andy Bales. The architect of record is Pragnesh Surti. Aaron Yassin of ATMOS Design is the project designer and Tal Bloch is the general contractor. Sales will be handled by the Bethoney / Shen – BeSpoke team at Nestseekers International.
The full shell has been completed with the triple-pane windows installed, and interior working moving along.
Inside will comprise of eight condominium units, consisting of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. Residences will have open-concept kitchens, large walk-in closets, and private outdoor spaces. Tenants will also have access to a common roof deck with city views.
New renderings showcase Eleven2’s slim profile with expansive picture windows. The building’s design highlights its verticality, with distinctive screened frames, triangular balconies, and oversized windows.
Located between Central Avenue and Evergreen Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks from the Wilson Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train.
112 Cooper Street should be completed in June 2024. Showings are expected to start in late April or early May.
