Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 763 Thomas S Boyland Street in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located between Livonia Avenue and Riverdale Avenue, the lot is near the Rockaway Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 train. David Dishy of LMXD, the L+M-affiliated development and investment company, is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 72,550 square feet, with 67,164 square feet designated for residential space and 5,386 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 91 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 738 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
Curtis + Ginsberg Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
