Construction is complete on 1015 Atlantic Avenue, a seven-story mixed-use building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Tecnico Engineering and developed by Solomon Feder, the structure yields 38 units with 12 dedicated to affordable housing, as well as 9,000 square feet of commercial space. Rennit is in charge of leasing for the 5,200-square-foot ground-level and 3,800-square-foot cellar commercial spaces, and Empire Management served as the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 580 Classon Avenue and situated at the corner of Atlantic and Classon Avenues.
Recent photographs show the finished appearance of the façade, which is composed of dark glazed brick across the ground-floor retail frontage and main entrance along Classon Avenue. Above, the building features light gray paneling surrounding floor-to-ceiling windows with subtly protruding wooden frames, and triangular corner terraces lined with glass railings along the southern corner. There is also a wraparound terrace on the sixth floor and a flat seventh-story roof parapet. A mechanical bulkhead is set back from the edge of the floor plate and lined with two sets of metal guard rails.
Units come with washers and dryers, dishwashers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, patios or balconies, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including heat, hot water, and stove. Residential amenities include a dog park, bike storage lockers, common area Wi-Fi, gym, business center, package lockers, elevator, and a rooftop terrace.
Below are two interior photos that show a typical residential layout.

The window sills are a really weird detail that looks unresolved.
To say the least. It looks like the entire window surround material is made of vinyl siding j-channel.
Dear gawd, what hideous mess.
These window frames bow to anyone who glances at them: Thanks to Michael Young.
The closest subway station is actually the Clinton-Washington Ave. Station on the A,C lines.
