Available on NYC Housing Connect are 11 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $107,623 to $146,900.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, fitness center, bike storage, 24-hour attended lobby, resident manager, business center, and a landscaped rooftop terrace. Units come with washers and dryers. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 13, 2024.
